Representative Tilton, citing Uniform Rule 27(b), moved and asked                                                               
unanimous consent to withdraw the following:                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 222                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to the authority of the Department of                                                                      
    Administration to transmit registration information to the                                                                  
    Selective Service System; and relating to identification cards and                                                          
    drivers' licenses."                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, HB 222 was withdrawn.
